This
French chateau dates back to 1271, when the lord of the manor,
Thibault de Séguenville swore allegiance to Philippe the
Handsome. The chateau, most probably destroyed during the French
revolution, was rebuilt in 1850 and completely renovated.
The chateau offers five guest rooms filled with character
and has been awarded four 'epis' (ears of corn, equivalent to the
crowns of the Englsih tourist board) by the organisation 'Gîtes
de France'.
Two drawing rooms are available for guests' use, the Chinese
drawing room and a large drawing room with an open fireplace
where our guests can savour the peaceful atmosphere.
The terrace boasts stunning views and in the summer guests can take breakfast or dinner on the terrace.
Dinner at the chateau is possible on certain evenings with a reservation.
Internet access is available via the wireless 'wifi' network.
Our knowledge of the region and our many books and guides will help you to organise your stay according to your tastes.
